¬ Shipping
We will ensure that every piece will be securely packed and shipped out within seven business days of order.

We use USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS carriers for US shipping.

We do offer local Los Angeles area pick up, however this option needs to be selected at the time of purchase.

We currently do not offer international shipping as standard, however please do reach out to us directly to discuss international queries, we'd love to hear from you at info@importexport.co, thank you.

As we walk the tightrope of a two person, independent business we wholeheartedly believe in the pieces that we have created, and hope you do too, and so all orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Each piece is hand crafted, and thus will have very slight variations on the form. In fact, that's what we feel is an important design aspect of Import Export. 

All pieces are designed and hand made in New York and Los Angeles.
